  • Free Posture & Spine Checks

Saturday 12th October

What to expect

At evolve, everyone begins in the same way, with a New Patient Experience that is split into two appointments:

Stage 1

We’ll start by collecting some key information about your health history to build a fuller picture. Then:

  • Analyse your posture and gait (the way you stand and walk).
  • Conduct orthopaedic testing.
  • Complete some simple physiology tests on your blood pressure and heart rate variability.
  • Conduct x-rays on-site if clinically required.

These tests are designed to help us understand how your body works and how we can best help you. They allow us to generate your Health Score, which is the basis of your tailored chiropractic plan, designed to help you Heal, Adapt and Evolve.

Stage 2

Next is stage 2, during which we will:

  • Talk you through what we have found regarding your health, your body, and explain your Health Score
  • Share your chiropractic plan with you, including what we can do to help and what you can do yourself.
  • Answer any further questions you have regarding your healing.

We can begin your chiropractic plan following this.

Stage 2 will be booked within 1-2 working days if x-rays are clinically required, if they are not required our aim is to complete these 2 stages in the one appointment.

Regular Visits

When you begin your tailored chiropractic plan, you’ll be checked and adjusted by your chiropractor.

The regularity of your visits will be determined by your Health Score, which is calculated as part of your New Patient Experience appointments.

Regular and consistent appointments allow us to prioritise and focus on how your body functions and give you the health outcomes you’re aiming for.

At regular intervals throughout your care, we will have Progress Checks to allow your chiropractor to review your progress and make sure you're getting the most tailored and appropriate care.

Upon completion of their plan, many people find chiropractic care to be a beneficial health tool; deciding to incorporate ongoing chiropractic treatment into their lifestyle, as you would with regular exercise and healthy eating.
