Ellie was first made aware of the benefits of chiropractic when she was treated for some niggling injuries as a competitive swimmer.
This developed further when she was diagnosed with scoliosis (a curve in her spine) aged 18. As she was growing up, the pain in her back was becoming worse and was impacting her daily life as well as her swimming, but through the support of regular chiropractic care, these effects were significantly reduced.
Still to this day, chiropractic care is the primary tool that enables her to continue swimming and being active without severe pain holding her back.
Ellie completed her degree in Masters of Chiropractic from AECC in Bournemouth. Alongside her studies, she was responsible for co-leading the centre where student chiropractors and midwives would help mums with their newborns. Since graduating, Ellie has continued to work with people of all varying ages and backgrounds, including athletes and children.
As a co-owner at Evolve chiropractic, Ellie’s goal is to consistently provide outstanding chiropractic care for every member of the family.
Knowing how chiropractic care allows her to continue doing the things she loves to do, Ellie makes it her priority to help others function at their very best.
Andrew (Andy) had wanted to be a chiropractor since he sustained a neck injury on a rugby tour to South Africa.
At the time, Andy’s grandfather Gerald helped him back to health using chiropractic techniques. From that moment, Andy knew this was something he wanted to be able to do himself, to help others for the rest of his life.
Andy finished his studies in 2016, graduating from the McTimoney College of Chiropractic. Since graduating, alongside practising chiropractic, Andy has continued to train and learn with a goal of becoming a masterful chiropractor, delivering outstanding healing results as his grandfather did for him. This led him to train amongst some of the best chiropractors in the profession and work his way to become a leader for a community of chiropractors (a Lead Facilitator for Kairos Training Culture, who commit to mastery and developing the art of chiropractic). Andy’s goal is to continue to deliver masterful adjustments allowing each individual to have an increased expression of life.
Andy loves various forms of physical activity in his spare time, including gymnastics, rock climbing, weightlifting, and walking with his dog Totu. He is a keen musician, having played the guitar for over 15 years and is a big coffee connoisseur.
