New Chiropractic Patients
Andy’s path to chiropractic began on a rugby tour to South Africa. After sustaining a significant neck injury, his grandfather, Gerald, helped him recover using chiropractic techniques . That experience didn't just heal him; it defined his career. From that moment, Andy knew he wanted to dedicate his life to providing that same level of transformative care for others.
Since graduating from the McTimoney College of Chiropractic in 2016, Andy committed to a path of continuous clinical development. This led him to the Kairos Training Culture (KTC), an international community of chiropractors focussed on refining the "Art of the Adjustment". Today, Andy serves as a Lead Facilitator for KTC, traveling to train other chiropractors in the physical finesse, presence, and precise timing—the Kairos—required for high-quality care.
When you visit Andy’s centre, you are seeing someone who views chiropractic as a precise, artistic communication with the nervous system. As a Lead Facilitator, his approach moves beyond the purely mechanical. He focuses on the "opportune moment" to deliver adjustments with maximum ease and minimum force, using the same refined techniques he teaches to the wider profession. His goal is to help your body release stored tension, allowing for an increased expression of life and heath.
Andy’s fascination with movement and precision carries over into his personal life. Whether he is practicing gymnastics, rock climbing, weightlifting or running, he is constantly refining his understanding of human biomechanics and the role of the nervous system. This manual dexterity is further honed by over 20 years of playing the guitar. When he isn’t in the centre or teaching, Andy is likely out walking his dogs, Totu and Tamu, or on a quest for the perfect cup of coffee.
Natalie (Nat) has a strong foundation in sports science, rehabilitation, and holistic health. Originally from Oslo, Norway, her journey into healthcare has been shaped by both academic study and hands-on clinical experience.
After experiencing multiple sports-related knee injuries, Nat developed a deep interest in how the body heals and adapts following injury. This was further strengthened during her time in the Norwegian Navy, where she trained and worked as a medic, gaining valuable experience in patient care and rehabilitation. Combined with her background in handball and coaching, this has shaped her practical understanding of movement, injury prevention, and recovery.
Nat began her formal education with a qualification in general nutrition in Norway (2019), before moving to the UK to complete a degree in Sport Science at the University of Winchester. During this time, she discovered chiropractic care through Evolve, where she worked as a chiropractic assistant alongside her studies, an experience that played a key role in shaping her clinical approach. She has completed her Master’s degree in Chiropractic at AECC University College.
Nat has a strong interest in the link between physical health and mental wellbeing, with a clinical focus on pregnancy, postnatal care, paediatrics, and adults across different stages of life. She is particularly interested in how chiropractic care supports the nervous system and its role in movement, recovery, and overall resilience.
Her approach is holistic and centred on the body’s ability to heal. She understands that recovery isn’t always linear and focuses on long-term health outcomes rather than short-term symptom relief. By combining chiropractic care with movement, lifestyle, and education, Nat supports patients in improving how they move, feel, and function in everyday life.
Having first experienced chiropractic care to manage gymnastics injuries at age 12, Olivia now maintains a very active lifestyle through CrossFit and yoga. Today, she can’t imagine life without regular adjustments to keep her performing at her best.
Olivia completed her Master of Chiropractic at AECC in Bournemouth, where she also founded the university's first-ever CrossFit club.
She is devoted to helping people improve their health through chiropractic care, focusing on the nervous system and its vital role in overall wellbeing for both children and adults. She also has a passion for supporting mothers in staying regulated throughout their pre- and postnatal journeys. By promoting proper spinal function, she aims to help your families' bodies move, heal, and perform at their best.
Ellie was first made aware of the benefits of chiropractic when she was treated for some niggling injuries as a competitive swimmer.
This developed further when she was diagnosed with scoliosis (a curve in her spine) aged 18. As she was growing up, the pain in her back was becoming worse and was impacting her daily life as well as her swimming, but through the support of regular chiropractic care, these effects were significantly reduced.
Still to this day, chiropractic care is the primary tool that enables her to continue swimming and being active without severe pain holding her back.
Ellie completed her degree in Masters of Chiropractic from AECC in Bournemouth. Alongside her studies, she was responsible for co-leading the centre where student chiropractors and midwives would help mums with their newborns. Since graduating, Ellie has continued to work with people of all varying ages and backgrounds, including athletes and children.
As a co-owner at Evolve chiropractic, Ellie’s goal is to consistently provide outstanding chiropractic care for every member of the family.
Knowing how chiropractic care allows her to continue doing the things she loves to do, Ellie makes it her priority to help others function at their very best.
